The \u201cAlliance Against Hate Speech\u201d<\/strong> was established on December 20, 2019, in Tirana, as an initiative of the Ombudsman, the Commissioner for Protection from Discrimination, the Audiovisual Media Authority, and the Albanian Media Council to combat the phenomenon of \u201chate speech\u201d in all the dimensions in which it appears in Albanian society.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb luftoj\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e urrejtjes n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet ngritjes s\u00eb vet\u00ebdijes, informimit dhe kontribuimit n\u00eb nj\u00eb dialog komb\u00ebtar, duke krijuar ura dialogu dhe bashk\u00ebveprimi me shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb civile dhe organet publike, mbi pasojat e gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb urrejtjes, ndikimin e saj n\u00eb zhvillimin demokratik t\u00eb vendit dhe reduktimin e k\u00ebtij fenomeni n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb promovoj\u00eb lirin\u00eb e shprehjes si domosdoshm\u00ebri t\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie demokratike duke leht\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb debat t\u00eb hapur dhe sensibilizues p\u00ebr publikun p\u00ebr provomovimin e lajmit n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb korrekte dhe etike, promovimin e diversitetit n\u00eb media dhe respektimin e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri<\/p>\n

T\u00eb siguroj\u00eb nj\u00eb harmonizim m\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet legjislacionit civil dhe atij penal kund\u00ebr diskriminimit. T\u00eb nxis\u00eb publikimin e rregullt dhe t\u00eb sakt\u00eb t\u00eb statistikave p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn e urrejtjes sipas Kodit Penal.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb sensibilizoj\u00eb dhe intensifikoj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar p\u00ebrdorimin e gjuh\u00ebs se urrejtjes n\u00eb internet dhe\/ose n\u00eb mediat sociale, si dhe m\u00ebnyrat per ta luftuar ate.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb rris\u00eb aft\u00ebsimin e m\u00ebsuesve si dhe forcimin e p\u00ebrpjekjeve n\u00eb mjedisin arsimor t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha niveleve ndaj fenomeneve negative t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb urrejtjes dhe parandalimin e saj.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb rris\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimin e pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve dhe pun\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve, si n\u00eb sektorin publik ashtu edhe n\u00eb at\u00eb privat, p\u00ebr detyrimin q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar dhe adresuar gjuh\u00ebn e urrejtjes, krimet e urrejtjes dhe ngacmimit n\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs, si dhe garantimin e p\u00ebrpjekjeve sistematike p\u00ebr luftimin e saj n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e sh\u00ebndetit, siguris\u00eb dhe mjedisin e vendit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
